Dr. Concetta Fazio

She obtained her PhD in Metallurgical Engineering in 1997 at the Politecnico di Torino, Italy.
She has more than 20 years of experiences in the fields of nuclear reactor safety and structural materials for nuclear reactors. She has also experience in the area of Education and Training.
Her present position is Head of the JRC Directorate G – Nuclear Safety and Security, GI4 Unit – Nuclear Reactor Safety and Emergency Preparedness.
