Biography
She obtained in 2002 her PhD in Mineralogy, Petrology and Geochemistry at Stockholm University, focusing on the mineral uraninite in the Oklo natural fossil fission reactors.
Including her PhD years, she has more than 15 years of experience in uranium mineralogy and chemistry relevant for spent nuclear fuel solubility, dissolution and alteration.
Her present position is Research Coordinator Spent Nuclear Fuel in the Research and Post-Closure Safety unit of SKB, Swedish Nuclear Fuel and Waste Management Co. She is responsible for the research regarding spent nuclear fuel source term and dissolution in repository conditions.
