He obtained his PhD in Economics from Paris Dauphine University.
He has 10 years of experience in the Energy field, 7 years in Socio-economic sciences and humanities including Foresight, and 3 years in the management of Industrial technologies.
His present position is Deputy Head of Unit for Euratom research in DG Research and Innovation of the European Commission.
