Dr.-Ing. Andreas Schumm

He obtained his PhD in electrical engineering in 1998 at the University of Berlin
He has more than 20 years experience in the field of non-destructive testing (Ultrasound, Radiography, Eddy Current), with a focus on numerical modelling. He also gained experience in radiation shielding and severe accidents.
He is currently project manager at EDF where he is involved in the R&D on Nondestructive Evaluation techniques and coordinates the H2020 project ADVISE.
