Biography
He obtained his Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Loughborough University in
1981, and is a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
Since 2006 he has been managing a large and diverse portfolio of EAC projects, as
well as sharing in the management of the work packages addressing IASCC in the
FP7 Perform60 and Horizon2020 SOTERIA projects. In the context of EAF, Kevin led
the detail design of new rigs at Birchwood providing the capability for thermal as well
as mechanical cyclic testing. Kevin has been leader of the INCEFA+ Consortium
since it first met in 2013.
His present position is Managing Consultant at Wood, where he leads and supports a
number of collaborative and in-house projects associated with Environmental
Assisted Cracking in Nuclear PWR environments.
